Presential or online (proctoring) exam?

To obtain an official certificate in banking intermediation, insurance distribution or credit intermediation, you can take exams in 2 ways:

• Presential: You are present in the exam room at Febelfin Academy or at another exam location determined by Febelfin Academy and your employer. Supervision and monitoring are done by the examiner on site.
• Online (proctoring): You take the exam at a location of your choice, at your home for example. Supervision and monitoring is done via a private and secure web application, ProctorExam. Through this web application, the supervisor can watch live while you, the participant, take the exam, but it is also possible to watch recordings at a later time. Online exam supervision and its secure data processing are facilitated for Febelfin Academy.

The exam itself is identical during a presential and an online exam session. You take the actual exam in both cases in our digital learning platform My Febelfin Academy.
