EXAM INFORMATION

Structure

Each different submodule has a separate exam. Each exam per submodule consists of 20 multiple choice questions (no guessing correction).  An exam session lasts a maximum of 3 hours. It takes about 30 minutes to complete a submodule. Thus the system allows you to take a maximum of 6 exams in one exam session. To succeed, you must achieve a minimum score of 60% per submodule.

Dates

The exam dates are only available on your own account within our digital learning platform. You will be given access to our digital learning platform after the payment and processing of your registration. Syllabi and exercises are made available to you as soon as we have received your payment. We schedule a number of exam moments each week. You indicate yourself when you wish to take the exam. You can change the chosen date free of charge up to 5 calendar days before the exam.

Results

In the event of positive results, you will receive a certificate on your digital learning platform, recognized by the FSMA, proving that you have passed the exam and that you have the required technical knowledge.

If you have not passed one or more exams, you can register for your retake via our digital learning platform. On choosing a new date, a period of 15 days must be respected. This period of 15 days starts from the day following the date of the exam for which you did not pass. For example: if you take the exam on the 1st of September, you can retake the exam after the 16th of September.

Since Brexit, our employees acting as insurance brokers on the Belgian market must pass insurance distribution exams. We found a partner in Febelfin Academy to support us in this. Revision sessions are given in English, syllabi and training platform questions are of good quality and our employees appreciate the support they receive. The fact that they can sit their exams remotely via the proctoring facility is highly appreciated.
