Required prior knowledge

Expert level training: this training requires thorough prior knowledge of the subject.

The course has been developed to inspire and inform a larger audience involved in the ESG implementation and related regulatory reporting.  Different aspects will be discussed in the field of Finance, Risk, CSR, Data,... Knowledge and experience in one or more of these topics is a plus. You will see a mix of basic and more advanced topics.

  • The EU regulatory developments (e.g. EC, ECB, EBA, …) for climate / ESG risks
  • ESG standards and reporting for Banks: status and key challenges
  • Case study : How to prepare for CSRD ?
  • Priorities looking forward for the banking industry and for policy makers

  • Duration: 1 day of training (6 class hours)

Methodology

You follow a ‘Classroom training’ face-to-face in a group. You, the other participants and the teacher are all present in the same classroom at an agreed time. There is an opportunity for interaction and feedback, both from the participants to the teacher and vice versa. The teaching material consists as a basis of a presentation via the MyFA learning platform, supplemented with various other items (such as digital syllabus, presentation, audiovisual fragments, etc.).
