What to do if a participant has forgotten his/her access codes (login) ?

​​​​​​​If a participant has forgotten his/her access codes, access can easily be restored in 2 ways:

1. By the participant

On the Febelfin Academy website, the MyFA sign-on page can be found by clicking the red button 'MyFebelfinAcademy learning platform' . The sign on page has following options :

The participant will receive a recovery link via the chosen communication channel (e-mail or sms). This recovery link is only valid for 72 hours for security reasons.

2. By the training manager

In the ‘User management’ menu, you have a button 'key' available for each participant. This triggers an automatic user e-mail with a link to reset the password. The password must meet the requirements as described above.

It is best to advise participants to activate his/her profile with Itsme after the password reset.
