How to obtain L&D management rights (the MyFA roles) ?

How can i ask for a role activation?

This is done using the attached form. The form needs to be signed by the person with the highest role (institute administrator) and sent to our servicemailbox info@febelfin-academy.be.

You can already assign this role to your employee in the 'Company Management' menu, to speed up the process. Should the employee not yet have a MyFa profile, please register him/her to one of your programs. After receipt of the form, we will assign the request role and rights.


Which roles can be assigned ?

1/ Institute administrator

This role has the same rights as a training manager, but can also purchase credits and licenses.

2/ Training manager

The training manager can upload users, register for courses and programmes, view results, look up certificates, schedule sessions in the institute’s calendar, view the range of courses, place orders and view invoices.

3/ Reporting Manager

The person with this role can view reports from the institute.

4/ Certification Manager

The person with this role can view the certificates of users/participants linked to the institute.

5/ Examinator (for the examinator appication we kindly refer to the following question 'How can I give access to a new examinator?')

The person with this role can activate and manage exam sessions.
