How does a new participant register on the platform?
When you register a participant to a training or exam (trajectory or incompany program, using the 'Training catalog' menu in the LMS), the system will automatically check if the e-mail address you use leads to an existing user profile.
- If the person already has a MyFA profile with the e-mail address you use, your registration will be added to that profile, which will also be linkd to your company. You will immediately get insight to all existing certificates and results of that person. It is therefore recommended that new employees/participants adjust their MyFAprofile in advance with their new professional e-mail address.
- If the person does not yet have a MyFA profile, a user profile will be automatically created after registration for the training or exam. This profile will be linked to your company. In addition to the email confirming the course registration, the employee/participant also gets an invitation to register/create a profile on MyFAtform.
Please note that the e-mail address is leading. If you use an e-mail address that is not yet known to MyFA, the employee/participant will be considered a new user even if he/she already has a profile with another e-mail address.
The MyFA login page can be found on our website using the red button "Learningplatform MYFebelfinAcademy". From this page one can also request a new password, provided that the indicated email address or mobile phone number matches.
