Exam credits are a system of prefinancing for exam reservations. As a MyFA institute administrator you can order exam credits via the "Credit balance" tile in your Homepage or in your "Company management" page.
After selecting the "Purchase" button, the next page allows you to choose the credit amount in euros as well as the payment method (online or by invoice). The confirmation triggers an order and an invoice. Once the payment is registrered, the exam credits will be added to your company's balance and will be available to process the exam reservations of your participants.
In the same tile, you can get an overview of your credit transactions via the "History" button.
