How can I link an employee's existing profile to my organisation?

When your new employee already has a MyFA profile, it is important to ask him/her to update his/her MyFA profile asap. The update concerns 2 things:

the name of the former employer has to be removed from the field 'Your current employer'

the new professional e-mail address has to be added als 'main e-mail address'

Please ask your new employee to pay attention to duely saving this input with the button 'save my profile'

When registering this new employee for an exam or training (via open offer or incompany programme), the registration will immediately appear in his/her existing MyFA profile and this profile will be linked to your organisation. As a training manager, you will have acces to his/her certificates overview and training history.
