I have tried to login to MyFebelfinAcademy but I receive a "Validating your credetials" message.?

When you get this message, it means that your web browser is trying to retrieve an outdated MyFA URL.

Please navigate to the Febelfin Academy website and click on the red button "MyFebelfinAcademy platform". Fill out your user name and password. If this is not succesful, we suggest to switch to another browser or clear your web browser's cache. This forces your web browser to load the latest versions of web pages and programs you visit:

1/ Click the 'Customize' icon on browser tool bar.

2/ Select 'Settings', then 'Show advanced settings'.

3/ Under 'Privacy', select 'Clear browsing data'.

4/ In the dialog box that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select 'beginning of time' to delete everything.

5/ Click 'Clear browsing data'.

when using Microsoft Edge

1/ Click on the 'menu' button situated in the upper right corner.

2/ Click on 'Settings'.

3/ Under 'Clear browsing data', click on 'Choose what to clear'.

4/ Check the boxes next to Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.

5/ Click on 'Clear'.
