Board members sit at the controls of a financial institution. It is therefore important that they have both financial knowledge and management skills.
Since 2016, Febelfin Academy has been organising the 6-day 'Masterclass Board of Directors' together with Guberna, a programme aimed at directors within the financial sector who want to further qualify themselves in their role as directors and, to this end, receive insights from specialists in various fields.
For the first time in 2022, we also organised a follow-up programme for those who had already attended the 6-day masterclass.
