Febelfin Academy is for everyone who wants to delve deeper into topics that they are already working on, but also for any employee who wishes to evolve further in their career.
The 2022 Febelfin Academy survey shows that about half of our participants are committed to professional mobility and are taking courses which are relevant to their future careers. It is therefore very important to offer training that identifies new developments within the sector and beyond and provides tools to better manage them.
ESG is a very hot topic within the financial sector.
Anyone working in the financial sector, be it in an advisory, management, compliance or communication position, will have to deal with ESG to some extent in the future. That is why Febelfin Academy has put together a wide range of ESG training courses from which organisations or individuals can compose a suitable training programme that exactly meets their needs.
Tailor-made training programmes on ESG were also put together in collaboration with various organisations.
The Fin Days were also organised again in 2022.
As the financial sector is evolving rapidly and thoroughly, it is essential that the professionals working in it really keep up with these evolutions and continue to tap into all their talents. Lifelong learning is key.
We chose 3 themes and each time asked ourselves how each theme affects or will affect our job in the financial sector in the future: artificial intelligence, enterprise blockchain and the global economic and social evolutions.
