MyFA update: UX/UI (September 2024)

We have no doubt that after this update, the MyFA learning platform will be more user-friendly, faster and more efficient than ever, and will support you even better. For example, in scheduling and monitoring exams and CPD. But of course, we want you to discover it for yourself! During this FIN UPDATE, you will get a sneak-preview of the new MyFA learning platform. We'll guide you through the new navigation, show you around your personalised dashboard, and of course explain the full UX/UI exercise we did over the past few months. 

As a training manager, what do you need to know about the revamped MyFA platform and how to get started with it on 1 October? Our colleagues will give you a hands-on demo and share some useful tips & tricks.

They will also answer all your questions, such as:

• How do I register my employees for a (re)exam?
• Where do I see which employees have passed their (re)exam?
• Where do I find my employees' participation certificates?
• How do I purchase credits?
• How can I view my employees' training hours balance?
• ...

PRACTICALITIES

• When: 24 September 2024
  • Session in ENGLISH from 3pm till 4.30pm (Brussels time)​​​​​​​
  • Session in DUTCH from 10.30am till noon (Brussels time)
  • Session in FRENCH from 1pm till 2.30pm (Brussels time)
• Where: Sessions will be given online via TEAMS, you will receive a participation link after registration 
• Price: Participation is free of charge
• Language: A session in Dutch will be held AM, sessions in French and English PM
• Sessions will be moderated by our colleagues Sarah Van Eeckhout, Mimoza Zymberaj and Tony Ceulemans
